A booking fee of €200, which will be deducted from the total amount, is payable within two weeks of being selected.

The residency must be paid for no later than 3 months before the start of the residency period.

Refunds if you cancel:

30 - 90 days to arrive 50%

Less than 30 days - no refund

In the event of force majeure, please contact us and we will try to change the period to a better time.
